What inspired you to work at Lantz Financial and when did you join the team?
I was fortunate enough to join the Lantz Team when I was 16 years old as a part time associate. Thankfully the Lantz Team was flexible with my demanding schedule of 20+ hours a week in the gym. As I got handed projects, sat in on team meetings, clients meetings, and observed I quickly became inspired to get a degree in Finance.
What is your background including any unique skills or characteristics that you want to share?
I grew up an athlete and competed at the Collegiate Division II level. I believe my athletic background has taught me about commitment, perseverance, and importance of teamwork that I look forward to applying in my future endeavors at Lantz Financial.
What are one or two things you do for clients on a day to day basis?
As I graduate from college in May of 2023 I will come on as a junior financial advisor to help the other advisors and manage some households.
Outside of the office, what would someone find interesting about you?
I am the 2nd oldest of five daughters, and I also have 3 step-siblings. In gymnastics I am a bars and vault specialist at Texas Woman’s University. I had the privilege of competing there on an athletic scholarship for all four years. In 2022, I helped lead the team to a conference, national, and academic championship.
Is there anything personal you wish to share?
I am graduating from Texas Woman’s University with a bachelors’ degree in Finance and minor in English. I have been in gymnastics since I was four and have spent a great portion of my life in the gym. My goal was always to compete in college gymnastics, and I am proud to have accomplished that. There were many years of injuries and doubt, but with perseverance I was able to make it happen. As I transition to life as a retired athlete, I am excited to explore different types of physical activity.
