January Cyber Tip

Artificial Intelligence has become a hot topic. It is everywhere and can be used for good. However, it can also be used for malicious purposes. A.I. has made it difficult to detect phishing emails. A.I. can be used to impersonate a voice, alter a photo, or create deepfake videos. Stay vigilant and watch for warning signs, such as a sense of urgency, threats or requesting payments in obscure ways. Scammers do research on their targets in the hopes we will act fast. Slow down and be cautious.
